Our minimum stay is one week, Saturday to Saturday. We charge one of the lowest rates on the island, so our rates are always firm.

The Government recently introduced a 10% tax on all renters in Turks and Caicos, whether the rental is a hotel or a villa. Many hotels have a hidden 15% gratuity tax, unknown until check-out time. Our villa does not.

Or most demanding time of the year is around Christmas and New Year's. For this period we request that the entire property be rented. The rate is $13,000 per week, plus the 10% tax for this time.

The next most demanding time is during winter school breaks (February) and Thanksgiving week. For these periods we request that both floors of either house be rented (at the standard rate).

Other services, such as cooks and maids, can be obtained at an additional cost.

Payments
Payment can be made by US checks, money orders, bank checks or credit cards, (no personal checks within 3 months prior to arrival). At least 50% deposit is required to hold a booking, and the remainder must be received not later than 3 months prior to arrival date.

Credit Cards
Credit cards will be accepted for payment, but the renter must pay extra for the house rental for the charges added by the credit card company.

• Wire transfer charge is $35.00

The least costly way is to pay by check (no charge.)
